The Mana House is the original dwelling of Juniper Hill, a 3bed/2bath home that feels less like a house and more like a cabin in the forest. With ceilings rising up to 12 feet, an open floor plan, and windows throughout—including glass front doors that frame the view of trees, sky, and hills—this space breathes with light and openness. A wide covered deck stretches across the south-facing front, inviting sunrise coffees, sunset reflections, and everything in between. Out back, a fenced yard offers both seclusion and sanctuary.
The remodeled Mana House blends timeless charm with thoughtful updates: plank flooring throughout, tongue and groove wood walls in every room, stainless steel appliances, a new roof, new HVAC system, and at its center—an abstract, tree-inspired fireplace bookshelf that turns warmth into art. All foyer, living room, and kitchen lights rest on dimmers, while the WiFi-enabled A/C lets you set comfort from anywhere. The Mana House has its own dedicated septic system, and water is drawn fresh from Juniper Hill's private well. Some bills are included (internet, water, drainage, waste, trash, recycling), with the exception of electricity and gas.
Life here moves in rhythm with the land, which regularly welcomes wild visitors—owls, rabbits, foxes, deer, hummingbirds, cardinals, eagles, roadrunners, and more, depending on the season. And always, there is Grayce, the Juniper Hill cat who has been part of the village since spring 2024.
Beyond your walls, enjoy the shared courtyard and outdoor seating areas where residents may gather or retreat into quiet company. At the Mana House, may you dwell at the crossroads of privacy and connection—rooted in nature, lit by the sky, and woven into the community of Juniper Hill.
