Life in the Texas Hill Country flows best when we treat each other--and the land beneath our feet--with kindness.
These guidelines are here to keep our little village humming in harmony, like cicadas on a summer night. Think of them as gentle guardrails so peace, laugher, and the magic of this place can be enjoyed by all--for as long as you're here.
Treat fellow residents and neighbors with courtesy and respect. Be mindful of those around you, keep shared spaces tidy, and help foster an atmosphere of kindness and tranquility.
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Please keep music, conversations, and activities at a respectful volume at all times, especially during quiet hours. Remember that sound carries easily outdoors--especially in our quiet environment and rolling hills.
All pets must be approved, leashed, cleaned up after, and kept out of all landscaping beds. To ensure safety and enjoyment for all, the animals we care for should never roam freely.
Dispose of trash properly, use water thoughtfully, and never damage or remove trees, plants, or natural features. Fires are allowed only in designated areas and in accordance with our Comal County burn restrictions.
Drive slowly and park only in designated spaces. Be mindful not to block driveways or other RV sites, and keep vehicles in working order so that no inoperable or abandoned vehicles remain on the property.
Guests are welcome but must follow community expectations. Guests beyond 7 days for the house/cabins and 48 hours for the RV sites must be registered with management. All visitors are expected to respect the same guidelines as residents. Subleasing or short-term rentals are not permitted without prior approval.
Keep your home site neat and orderly. Whether a house, cabin, or RV site; spaces should be maintained free of clutter, storage, or repair projects. Nice, outdoor furniture and decor is permitted. Any modifications to the to the property must first be approved.
Prioritize safety at all times. Fireworks and other hazardous activities are not permitted. Firearms may only be used in the rare circumstance of lawful self-defense, in strict accordance with Texas law.
Please promptly report any unsafe conditions or concerning behavior so we can keep our community secure and peaceful.
Follow all stipulations in your lease agreement. Rent, utilities, and all lease terms must be honored in full to maintain your residency.
By respecting one another, honoring the land, and living gently; our residents contribute to a hillside village worth calling home for years to come. Should you become a resident at Juniper Hill; may your time here be restful, joyful, and deeply connected to the spirit of the Hill Country and Beyond.
